Our 45-Day Return Policy
You may request an exchange or a return within 45 calendar days from the date you received your order. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be free from any damages, stains, or signs of wear.
- The item must be securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or error.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: To start a return, please email us at contact@elitepresto.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is damaged, please include photos.
Step 2: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed shipping instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- For general returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective, or was not the item you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first so we can provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange the best solution for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, before the item enters production.
- Modifications: You may request changes to your order (e.g., size, color) within 48 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the production process has not yet started.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will be happy to send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Note: This policy does not apply to delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
