Thank you for shopping at Elitepresto. Each of our products is uniquely made-to-order to ensure the best quality. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our fulfillment process.

1. Order Processing and Production

  • Production Time: Each item requires 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for production.
  • Payment Processing: The production process will begin after your payment has been successfully received and processed.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3-5 days) + Transit Time (see table below).

You will receive another notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a standard shipping option for all our customers. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important Note: For international orders, the recipient (customer) is solely responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. Elitepresto has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Incorrect Address and Delivery Failures

Please ensure that your shipping information is completely accurate before finalizing your order. Elitepresto is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

In the event that we make an error during the processing of your order, we will take full responsibility and resend the original order at no additional cost to you.
