1. Order Processing and Production
- Production Time: Each poster requires 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday) for high-resolution printing, inspection, and protective packaging.
- Payment Processing: Production begins immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3-5 business days) + Transit Time (3-4 business days).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. To provide the best shopping experience for our customers, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your poster order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Packaging Protection & Incorrect Address
All posters are carefully rolled and packed in heavy-duty protective tubes to ensure they arrive in flawless condition. Please make sure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Elitepresto is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If we make any error during order fulfillment or if your item arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
